Terms of Use
Your use of Sayglow is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA"). The terms below add the details specific to Sayglow Pro subscriptions.
Sayglow Pro
Sayglow is free to use with the teleprompter, one colour look and a small watermark on exported videos. Sayglow Pro removes the watermark, unlocks every colour look and enables 4K recording.
Sayglow Pro is offered as an auto-renewable subscription, billed monthly or yearly. The price for your country is shown in the app before you confirm the purchase.
Billing and renewal
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the same price unless you were told otherwise in advance.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings (Settings › your name › Subscriptions) at any time.
Free trial
New subscribers may be eligible for a free trial: 3 days on the monthly plan and 7 days on the yearly plan. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription starts and you are charged. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Refunds
Purchases are handled by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
Your content
Videos and scripts you create with Sayglow belong to you. They are stored on your device and are not uploaded to us. See the Privacy Policy.
