Write to support@sayglow.byttech.org. The quickest way is Settings › Contact support inside the app: it fills in your app version, iOS version and iPhone model so we can help without asking back.
Cancel or manage your subscription
Sayglow Pro is billed by Apple. To cancel, change plan or check your renewal date, open your App Store subscriptions, or go to Settings › your name › Subscriptions on your iPhone. Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to avoid the next renewal.
Restore purchases
If you already subscribe on this Apple ID and Pro is not active, open Sayglow and go to Settings › Plan › Restore. For refunds, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
What Sayglow stores
Everything stays on your iPhone. Your scripts are saved inside the app, and your videos are saved to your Photos library. There is no account and nothing is uploaded, so we cannot recover deleted scripts or videos for you. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
